Admissions

You can apply for admission by visiting our admissions office, filling out an application form, or applying online through our website. Required documents include the student's birth certificate, previous school reports, and parent/guardian identification.

Requirements vary by grade level. Generally, we require:

  • Transfer letter (for transfers)
  • Passport size photos (2)
  • Parent/Guardian ID copy
  • Medical report (if applicable)

Yes, all applicants are required to sit for an entrance examination. The exam covers English, Mathematics, and General Knowledge. The exam date is communicated upon submission of the application form.

School Fees & Payments

Our fee structure varies by grade level and includes tuition, boarding (if applicable), meals, and activity fees. Please contact the accounts office or visit our website for the current fee structure. Fees are subject to annual review.

We accept payments through:

Yes, we offer partial scholarships to academically gifted students who demonstrate financial need. Scholarship applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact the Principal's office for more information.

Academics

We offer both the Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) for Junior School (Grades 7-9) and the 8-4-4 system for Forms 1-4. Students are placed in the appropriate track based on their educational background and assessment.

Classes run from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Co-curricular activities take place from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Boarding students have supervised prep time in the evenings from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Parent-teacher conferences are held once every term. However, parents are welcome to schedule individual meetings with teachers or the administration at any time during the school term by appointment.

Co-curriculum Activities

We offer a wide range of activities including:
  • Sports: Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Athletics, Swimming
  • Clubs: Debate, Science, Coding, Environmental, Chess
  • Arts: Drama, Music (Choir & Band), Art & Design
  • Societies: Christian Union, Red Cross, Scouts, Interact

All students are required to participate in at least one co-curricular activity per term. We believe that co-curricular activities are essential for holistic development and help students discover their talents and interests.

General Information

Yes, we offer boarding facilities for both boys and girls. Our dormitories are well-maintained with modern amenities, supervised by experienced matrons and boarding masters. Boarding capacity is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

All students are required to wear the official school uniform. Uniforms can be purchased from the school's designated supplier. Students must be in full uniform at all times during school hours and official school events.

Parents are encouraged to be actively involved through:
  • Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) meetings
  • Volunteering at school events
  • Attending sports days and cultural events
  • Joining the Board of Management
  • Participating in fundraising activities
